2. ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE
In order to be eligible for an exchange please contact us after receipt of your purchase. 


3. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take pride in our business and make sure all of our items are up to our standards before we send them out. However, in the off chance that an imperfect item gets delivered to you, we will send out a replacement within 3 business days after receiving the returned item back to us. 


4. INELIGIBLE REFUND/EXCHANGE
The following items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange:

- Items damaged or altered while in your care
- Items past their return date
- Incorrect size or product dimension
